Steve has done a very good job in establishing a vision for our Global Program Management Organization and built a competency and maturity path in program management that did not exist. His team successfully implemented a wide range of New Product Launches that all positively impacted the business. With his leadership the team was able to establish common and standard processes with deliberate focus on removing waste and applying lean principles to our product development process in order to increase our speed to market. The programs managed by Steve and his team always were on time and to budget. He empowers teams to maximize effectiveness, business collaboration and he is personally a team player.
