My passion is improving “how” work is done through Lean practices.
I coach product developers and business leaders on ways to improve new product development using Lean practices. I employ a multi-layer approach to improving product development focusing on changes needed at the Process, Practice, and Pipeline layers. Eliminating waste and wait times in the NPD process work, improving the effectiveness of teams in how they work together, and improving cross functional alignment on project priorities so developers spend their time on the most important work first in a coordinated way across the business. This includes deploying self-governing work rules for improved efficiency and providing increased visibility to development capacity and resource constraints, reducing bottlenecks in NPD flow.
